CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
From our first meeting, we will explore your vision, needs, lifestyle and personality.
Ideas are communicated through thoughtful preparation of perspective, freehand, and preliminary drawings as well as inspirational images.
INTERIOR DETAILING AND TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
With a meticulous room by room approach, comprehensive drawing packages are created in AutoCAD to communicate your approved design. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, the creation of partition plans, electrical and lighting design, custom kitchens, bathrooms and architectural millwork. These drawings combine to create a flawless design package that are to your exact specifications.
TENDER PACKAGES AND PERMIT DRAWINGS
Once approved by you, final drawings, finishes and schedules are prepared for tender. We will, when necessary, create permit drawings and obtain the necessary permits. Our team will liaise with the contractor and any other professionals involved with your project to help ensure a successful outcome.
DECORATION AND ACCESSORIZING
With careful consideration, we will develop the colour and decorating scheme options that will make your house a home.
Assisting you in the selection of furniture and fabrics that best showcase your vision, we will then manage the purchase, delivery and installation of your selected items.
